Cecilia Goes For A Walk

September 8, 2009

For your viewing pleasure today, here is a photo essay of Cecilia’s evening stroll.

Our first stop is the house down the street that is being rehabbed.  The construction workers have treats for all the dogs in the neighborhood.

Wishing and Hoping

Cecilia is anxiously awaiting her treat.

Cecilia Waiting for Treat

Cecilia Gets Fed

The treats vary, but they always want to overfeed her!

Digging in Her Heels

Cecilia never wants to leave this house.  She stops every.single.walk.

Taking Care of Business

Next, it’s time to take care of business.

Clean Up

This is a gross picture (well, so was the one above) but it’s always important to clean up!

Biddy Club

This is where the Biddy Club hangs out.  Unfortunately they were all in for the night.  I’ll get a picture of them next time.

Mulch Area

This is the infamous Mulch Area.  Site of said altercation with Angry Guy.

Artificial Flowers

Notice how one of the Biddys planted artificial flowers in the mulch area?  It adds a touch of class.  Kind of like the shag rug ceiling at Graceland.

Back View of Mulch

This is the other view of the mulch area showing the back side of the old folk’s home.  This morning after I cleaned up Cecilia’s poo I heard a little voice call out “Thank you!”  from the window.

Pizza Crust

Cecilia never misses an opportunity to search for a stray pizza crust.

Lets Go Feeder

And that concludes our walk.

Feeder, what are you doing with that silver thing and why are you not preparing my dinner?

Juice, that’s really funny how Cecelia calls you ‘Feeder.’ Hey, how did the yogurt making go? I made my first less than stellar batch Sunday! I kind of knew it wasn’t going to be that good, though, because I used the end of the previous batch, and that batch was not as good a some previous. I hope I didn’t have beginner’s luck and its all downhill from here!

I love it! I wish our walks were that amusing & productive. Keep up the fabulous “feeder” duties 🙂

Feeder! Now I know what all these cats in our house are saying.

Ok, for some strange reason, I loved this posting! (However, thank you for not showing a clear plastic bag of poop. The blue left something to the imagination.) C is such a beautiful dog! She really is very charming and I wish we lived closer so we could walk her every now and then. 🙂
