A Semi-Homemade Christmas

December 26, 2009

Merry Christmas!

Now that the holiday is over I can share some of the items that I made for KK and her family.

Here is the box packed up for Nevada:

A box of love for my family

But what’s inside?

For KK (who happened to get cooking classes as a Christmas gift):

A new apron

The pattern is courtesy of Doodle-Stitching.

For Cricket:

The bag. Not Cecilia.

Pattern courtesy of the sarahjane blog.

For Tank and Cricket:

My mom made the afghan in the background. She's crafty like that.

The sock monkeys from our excursion to AVAM!

Given recent events at Chez Juice, you know I couldn’t resist this photo op:

Cecilia's got a monkey on her back.

Get it?

No?

Maybe this will help.

    your embroidery is so sweet.
I like handmade gifts so much but did not get any this year.
I did make patchwork pillows for my parents and brothers, and my stepson and his wife got the only quilt I made this year.
