Chloe Is Feeling The Love – Part 1
First, an update on the hives. They’re completely gone. She has one scab from where she scratched herself, but aside from that you’d never know she was ever unwell.
Moving on.
Two of my fabulous bloggy friends are showering Chloe with love. I know I’ve mentioned Pubsgal’s knitting before (item #11). She recently sent me an update.
She made a storyboard for the project! (Or is it a project board? Like I’d know. It has never occurred to me to create a visual like that. Lists, yes. Drawings, no. I’m in awe.)
Here’s a close up of a swatch:
I’m not a knitter. But I just started attending Thursday Night Knitting Club (where I still don’t knit). Everyone there complains when they have to knit a gauge first (gage? again, I’m not a knitter). So when Pubsgal mentioned that her gage/gauge was off, even little old non-knitting me knows that means it’s even harder to do! I’m in awe.
Sweatery goodness is on it’s way.
But wait! As Ron Popeil would say, there’s more! Part 2 is coming (as soon as I upload some photos). Stay tuned.
I used to crochet. Well, only blankets. Like sewing, I do well with just straight lines, nothing fancy. hehe I tried knitting once. I made a long straight line and couldn’t figure out how to turn it back around to make a sweater! LOL
I love the colors that Pubsgal is using. Chloe is going to look great! And you’ll be able to find her in the snow. Bonus!
That is really cute. Almost makes me want to knit again…
1. I don’t want to knit. I can crochet lines. I made a thin scarf once. I don’t know what happened to it…it was crooked and sad, but I wore it boldly because so much work went into it!
2. So glad she is feeling better.
3. Can’t wait for part 2
4. I also get lists. Love them.
Sweater – adorable (can’t wait to see her in it).
Lists – the way I navigate the world. Maybe ’cause I can NOT draw.
*blush!* Aw, thanks! So glad you like the colors and everything. I’m having lots of fun with this project, and I can’t wait to see a picture of Chloe in it. 🙂
