Remember when Chloe got hives from Axe?
She’s a sensitive girl. In this house we have to be careful with any strong fragrance. No carpet fresheners except baking soda. No spray air fresheners. Perfume and smelly candles with extreme caution.
Our latest casualty is detergent and fabric softener. I noticed Chloe licking her leg and saw she had a rash just around the armhole of her freshly washed sweater. Duh! The sweater came off, Benedryl went in and I did-not-pass-go-did-not-collect-200-dollars but went immediately to the store for fragrance-free laundry fixings.

That’s my favorite laundry soap. For some reason the regular downy scent doesn’t bother me.
Awww, your degerent is just like your girl – small and mighty!
I used to have to do all that and more when my other bully was still with us. He was allergic to pretty much anything I used to mop the floors.
I’m glad there was an easy fix. She’s a sensitive gal. 🙂
