Update On Blackie

Well, it seems like our Blackie is going to be a pretty short term houseguest. He already has five applications pending!

He went back to the vet today for his post-neuter appointment and everything looks good. He no longer has to wear the cone of shame (which I always took off for pictures anyway).
Do you know what he IS wearing now? Not the collar pictured above. He slipped out of it one evening. Yikes!
Fortunately, I had a spare collar especially for tiny necks. It used to belong to Edsel.
Blackie: Thanks for dis collar Edsel! Chloe: Dat collar for puppy. I big dog now.
Well I guess you can’t see the collar very well at that angle, huh? Let’s try again.

It’s hard to believe Edsel was ever small enough for a poodle-sized collar! Blackie is a cutie, I’m glad there’s so much interest in rescuing him—yay! xx
